This Ruby is in her final form at last. Checked with the boss, and the verdict is purple for the background. Briefly considered using it to fill in full coverage EPP, but enough is enough. Pulled some innocous quilting colors to applique over the top and gave her a good press. Debating adding a layer of batting as a high loft color baffle.
Process is fairly smooth at this point, and papers popped with minimum fuss. Could have reused most of them, had they been more uniform. Good thing repetition breeds uniformity, because I can see every concave cut and canted edge reflected in the seams. Schnikes.
